On 28th August, the first keynote speech was delivered by Mr. Ranjit Khompi, Associate Vice President for Human Resources and Head Learning & Development at Reliance Retail on the topic - People Managers and Operations: A Coalescence. The second keynote speech was delivered by Mr. Shaakun Khanna, the Leader of Human Capital Management Strategy and Transformation for Asia Pacific, Oracle Corporation, on the topic – Mental Health/ Employee Engagement & Sentiment - A new dimension. An insightful panel discussion was followed by Mr. Amey Joshi, Vice President, Human Resources, PharmEasy, Ms. Yamini Krishnan Agarwal, AVP-Sr. HR Business Partner - India Supply Chain & Global functions, Godrej Consumer Products Ltd. and Mr. Praveen Kamath Kumbla, General Manager HR-Global Strategic Hiring & Redeployment, Wipro on the topic - Managing Boom and Busts: Evolving role of HR in contemporary world.

The second keynote speech was delivered by Ms. Radha Shriharsha, Director, HR in Maersk Global Service Centers, on - Balancing Engagement and Innovation- A Rejuvenated Approach. The third keynote speech was delivered by Ms. Varshita Bangia, Associate Director, National Learning and Development at KPMG India, on - Reinventing Talent Strategies for workforce 2030. An insightful panel discussion was followed by Ms. Puja Kapoor, Global HR director, OLX Autos, Ms. Pratyusha Sharma, AVP HR, Global Head Talent Development - Digital Business Operations, Cognizant and Ms. Divya Philip, Chief HR Consultant, Danske IT and Support Services India Pvt Ltd, on - Women and Pandemic: The Ignored Story.

The third keynote speech was delivered by Mr. Manish Bharadwaj, Lead -TM for Global Mfg. Ops., Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories on - Parakram: Tackling innovative disruptions in HRM. An insightful panel discussion followed by Ms. Parna Bhattacharyya, T&L Partner, India and SE Asia, ABB Motion, Mr. Aditya Adyar, Head-HR, Piramal Realty and Ms. Swati Verma, I&D Manager, Asia pacific, Eaton on – Diversity and Inclusion- A hygiene factor beyond theory.

On 5th September, the first keynote speech was delivered by Mr. Thomas Kuruvilla, Vice Managing Partner, Arthur D.
