Admission Procedure
Stage 1: SNAP Written test - SNAP test is a must. Interested candidates must have by now appeared for the Symbiosis National Aptitude test (SNAP test) held on 21st December 2008.
Stage 2: Interviews – Candidates will be short listed on the basis of SNAP score, and their academic average (X, XII and Engineering marks). Such short listed candidates will be interviewed personally OR telephonically.
Stage 3: Merit List- Candidates will be finally short listed based on the interview score and issued admission offer letters. Merit list will be published on the website.
Stage 4: Payment of fees and confirmation of admission – Candidates on merit list must complete their admission by paying the complete fees latest by May 18, 2009. Admissions from waitlist will be announced on May 29, 2009. Such candidates must pay the complete fees and report for the course on June 01, 2009. Further vacancies if any will be announced on the website.
HOW TO APPLY:
STEP 1:- All candidates are required to fill the relevant admission form online. The form is available on clicking the admission web link on www.siom.in. Fill the form complete in all respects. Then click on the submit button to submit the form online to SIOM.
STEP 2: The candidates should also take a printout of the filled form and send it along with the demand draft of Rs. 750/- in favour of “Director, Symbiosis Institute of Operations Management” and payable at Nashik to SIOM, Plot A-23, Shravan Sector, Cidco, Nashik – 422008. Candidates can also buy the prospectus in person from SIOM in cash and submit the hard copy of the filled form in SIOM admission department.
NO ONLINE FORM WILL BE PROCESSED UNLESS THE HARD COPY OF THE FORM ALONG WITH THE DEMAND DRAFT / CASH OF RS. 750/- IS RECEIVED AT SIOM. CANDIDATES TO ENSURE THAT THEY SUMBIT THE FILLED FORMS BEFORE THE LAST DATE OF SUBMISSION i.e APRIL 30, 2009
