How to Apply:

STEP 1:- All candidates are required to fill the relevant admission form online.  The form is available on clicking the admission web link on www.siom.in. Fill the form complete in all respects. Then click on the submit button to submit the form online to SIOM.

STEP 2: The candidates should also take a printout of the filled form and send it along with the demand draft of Rs. 750/- in favour of  “Director, Symbiosis Institute of Operations Management” and payable at Nashik to SIOM, Plot A-23, Shravan Sector, Cidco, Nashik – 422008. Candidates can also buy the prospectus in person from SIOM in cash and submit the hard copy of the filled form in SIOM admission department.

NO ONLINE FORM WILL BE PROCESSED UNLESS THE HARD COPY OF THE FORM ALONG WITH THE DEMAND DRAFT / CASH OF RS. 750/- IS RECEIVED AT SIOM. CANDIDATES TO ENSURE THAT THEY SUMBIT THE FILLED FORMS BEFORE THE LAST DATE OF SUBMISSION i.e May 12, 2009.
