Post Graduate Diploma in Manufacturing Management (PGDMM):

1) Is SNAP Compulsory?

Ans: No, SNAP is not mandatory.

2) Who can take this course?

Ans: Any engineering graduate (except for IT, Biotech, Agriculture, Marine and Computer Science engineering) with 50% marks is eligible for the PGDMM programme.

3) When will college start?

Ans: 06th June 2011

4) Is attendance compulsory?

Ans: YES, 75% as per university norms.

5) What is the selection Procedure? Is it depending on GE/PI or Graduation marks?

Ans: Please refer the link given in Admissions.

6) Is it compulsory to send the hard copy of the online filled form?

Ans: Yes. Unless the admissions department receives the hard copy with photograph and DD your application will not be processed. Institute shall not be responsible for any further queries due to non-receipt of the hard copy of the application form.

7) What are the parameters used in the selection process?

Ans: Refer the admissions selection procedure link.

8) How do I know whether my form has been received or not?

Ans: You may write an email at admissions@siom.in or call up on 0253 – 2391750

Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM):

1) Who can take this course?

Ans: Graduate of any stream from statutory university can apply, subject to their fulfilling the educational eligibility latest by 30 September 2011. This course is a good step for career advancement for all working executive.

2) When will college start?

Ans: 6th June, 2011

3) Is attendance compulsory?

Ans: YES, 75% as per university norms.

4) What are the class timings?

Ans: The classes shall be held from 6.00 pm to 9.15 pm from Monday to Friday.

5) What is the selection Procedure? Is it depending on GD/PI or Graduation marks?

Ans: Please refer the link given in Admissions.

5) Is distance learning possible?

Ans: No

6) Is it compulsory to send the hard copy of the online filled form?

Ans: Yes. Unless the admissions department receives the hard copy with photograph and DD your application will not be processed. Institute shall not be responsible for any further queries due to non-receipt of the hard copy of the application form.

7) What are the parameters used in the selection process?

8) How do I know whether my form has been received or not?

Ans: You can submit the form personally and can pay the cash to SIOM office. You can also send the duly filled and signed form along with the Demand draft of the requisite fee to SIOM. After receiving the same, the receipt shall be sent at your address for communication. You may write an email at admissions@siom.in  or call up on 0253 – 2391750
